we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of a purchase and shipment,

that John Gulde, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage incurred
or information not receive, as a result of failure to provide valid e-mail
address or any information.
Privacy-While reasonable care is taken to protect the
confidentiality of all customers, we cannot be liable if, through no fault of
ours these details are intercepted by and used by unauthorized third parties
though electronic piracy. Any details
submitted on this site will not be shared with anyone else. Payments
taken via John Gulde, Inc, electronic storefront transactions are processed via
Paypal's secure server system and John Gulde, Inc. will not be responsible for
issues or problems associated by Pay Pal system faults. Credit Card purchases- A 2% non refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all credit card purchases. Refunds-Please inquiry
prior to purchase for current refund policies prior to ordering. Products are
sold as is condition, refund are handled on an individual basis. Please use our

Promotional Codes-Any promotional codes used are subject to
specific conditions. In order to benefit from the discounts linked to the
promotional codes you must supply the code prior to final checkout. Promotional
discounts cannot be applied to orders which have already been completed.
